Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order is missing items, damaged, or was not delivered as expected, we are fully committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring you receive the compensation or replacement you deserve.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:  If your box is damaged so that the contents are unusable or not delivered at all, you are entitled to a full refund, including any shipping costs.
  • Request Process:  Please contact us at detox@recoveryjuice.co.uk on the same day you receive your order. We may request photographic evidence to process your refund for damaged items. 
  • Processing Time:  Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving your request.

Missing Items

  • Immediate Action: If an item is missing from your package, we will send out the missing items immediately. Please notify us as soon as you spot the issue so we can resolve it without delay.

Reshipment Policy

  • Courier Damage Notification: If you receive a notification from the courier indicating that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please forward that notification to us at detox@recoveryjuice.co.uk. We will immediately send you a fresh batch of the juices you purchased at no extra cost to you.
  • Courier Claims: We will handle the claim with the courier directly, so you don’t have to worry about any additional steps.

 

Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order. We are not liable for any issues or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Non-Returnable Orders: If an order has been dispatched to an incorrect delivery address, it cannot be returned to us or resent due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

Exchanges

  • Given the unique nature and shelf life of our products, we cannot accommodate exchanges under any circumstances.

Returns

  • Regrettably due to the unique nature of our product we cannot accommodate returns. Any damaged/faulty products, with the necessary evidence of damage supplied, will be offered a replacement or a refund. There will be no need to return any damaged items to us.
