Refunds

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your box for valid reasons such as missing items, damage or non-delivery, we’re committed to providing an appropriate refund. We’ll ensure that you’ll receive the compensation you deserve if it’s evident that the box you were charged for wasn’t delivered as expected. 

Our full refund policy extends to cover shipping costs in cases where a complete refund is warranted. We ask that you çontact us ON THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. We may ask for photographic evidence of any damaged deliveries. We commit to processing refunds within 2 days of your request being submitted.

Exchanges

Given the unique nature and shelf life of our products, we cannot accommodate exchanges under any circumstances.

Returns

Regrettably due to the unique nature of our product we cannot accommodate returns. Any damaged/faulty products, with the necessary evidence of damage supplied, will be offered a replacement or a refund. There will be no need to return any damaged items to us.
